Condo pictures

It's been forever since I updated this, but I *think* most of you know I bought a condo...
So I've started to actually set up things for real in the new space, and I thought I would share what I have so far.

Here is a view of the living room from the stairs. I just bought the artwork from Bombay and the stripe pillows from Anthropologie. The rocker was my great aunt's. In the front hallway, there is blue tile, so I wanted to echo that with the blue couch and the walls are grey so that goes with everything. My other accent colors throughout the entire place are red, black, white, and a bit of yellow (as you can see in the yellow leather ottoman). There is a silver table to the right as well as a mahogany "real" table (with leafs that then expands to sit about 8 - 10!) because I will be putting a small-ish black leather chair there for extra seating.

Here is the view looking towards the kitchen. The red barstools are from Pottery Barn. On the mahogany table I have a fish bowl with glass stones, red coral and 3 silver sea critters (Pottery Barn again), 3 candle holder taper things, missing candles at the moment from Bombay, and a birdcage plant holder. I think that will eventually move to the other side of the room on top of the entertainment center in a corner that isn't shown at all in the pictures...

Here is the fishbowl up close...

My butterfly shadowbox on the wall by the stairs leading to the 2nd floor.

Here is the view from the kitchen into the living room. I have Munch's "The Scream" hanging on the left.

My kitchen, sorta. It is so hard to photograph.

The sea themed downstairs bathroom

My bedroom so far. Again, Pottery Barn is rampant here, haha. The red quilt is their silk/velvet quilted thing..so fabulous. I need to get a few more decorations for the dressers and stuff. You can see the butt and tail in the bottom right of a red dog I have so far, but that's it.

My upstairs bathroom sink

Upstairs bathroom view 2 - with the toilet seat open! Oops.
So I still have a lot more to do. The kitchen bakeware/cookware is good. It is actually functional now. After I put together my new entertainment center (it is currently in a box on the living room floor!) it will look a bit more finished. The black leather chair in the living room will also help. This project has been all I have been focusing on lately. Oh yeh, there is also a 3rd floor loft which will be my guest bedroom. I have the pillows for the bed there - but not any other furniture. There is a Pottery Barn daybed that has baskets underneath it, I'm really interested in that for up there because my guests can then use the baskets to store their crap. I think it will work.
Enjoy, I will post more as I get more things in there and set in their places!
