I finished the book Rebecca's Tale the other day on the way home from the city. I loved Rebecca by Daphne Du Maurier, so this was a pleasant read.

I finished the Amy Butler Chelsea tote:

The tote.

Inside the tote.

I'm pleased with the way it turned out. Very cute.

Two weekends ago, I danced at a surprise party held by my friend Mark for his partner John's 50th party. Here are some pictures from that:

Me (in a dress I made!) and Dave

Me and the female impersonator Marilyn Monroe who sang "Happy Birthday" to John.

And last night, I went to my friend Jenn's house for a Tony watching party, and here is my friend Dean and I in her backyard. She has a fire pit thing and we lit it, ate and drank chardonnay outside while watching the Tony's. It was definitely nice!

Kristie, I should post pictures of my clean closet! When I woke up this morning and picked out what I was going to wear, it just felt so much more organized! It was great!!!

At my internship today, we took a yoga class. Fabulous!

I love that bag. I have been looking at bag patterns lately, the Amy Butler patterns are so nice.

Love the new blog layout!

If you post your [organized] closet pictures I'll post a picture of my floor- it looks like Nordstroms/Abercrombie/Niketown barfed all over it!!!

Glad your organizational system is working better than mine is...
