Yesterday was a crazy day for me! I spent most of the morning at my townhouse waiting for a house inspector to come. If I wasn't there, I would be charged $85 for not being there and then another $25 to reschedule. So my mom and I drove down with Rory, and just enjoyed being at that house (cause I love the atmosphere there/the way it is decorated and all that!)

Last night after work, I went over Dave's house and just really enjoyed spending time with him. He's wonderful!

And I thought this was funny. I understand it is not the most flattering picture of myself, but it's still cute. Dave bought Daisy and Joey a memory foam high tech anti-germ protection dog bed. It turns out, the great danes don't like it. So, the cost of shipping it back is the entire price of the bed. So, if he returned it, he's still out the same amount of money as if he keeps it. (It's like, $180) So he had it out again, hoping they'd use it. But they didn't. So I sat in it (it's comfy! memory foam!!) And as I lay in it, Daisy kept giving me her pair and told me to touch her.

So here is a picture of two of Dave's favorite girls:

I know my butt looks funny in the pic, odd angle and all, but it's still cute. Haha.

Lily, the boston terrier who looks like a bean burrito that we were babysitting, went home yesterday. I really miss her!!

This morning, Alyson arrived at our back door, knocking, with her two babies with their leashes on. There is stuff going on at her house, so they couldn't stay there alone. So my mom is now babysitting four dogs. (Molly, Bob, Rory and Tuffy) How fun! At least Lily isn't there too!!

So after the townhouse visit yesterday, my mom and I went to McDonald's for lunch where I was a dollar short. I told them to take an ice cream sundae off of the order, and she gave it to us anyway. I feel so bad if she has to pay for it herself, but it's nice to know there are still nice people in the world. I just need to be sure to pass it along myself sometime and do a good deed for a stranger. What goes around comes around!! After that, I drove back home and went to work for a few hours and stayed later to get a lot of work done. We launched about 8 sites and had to check them all for mistakes.

Then before seeing Dave, I did more freelance work. It was a very busy day!!

Also, at Dave's I hung out with his mom and we drank tea together and chatted about life. I absolutely love his family (and mine!) and although there is so much going on in life right now, I love how supportive and caring the people who surround me are! I'm usually not mushy, but I appreciate everyone so much!!

Ok. Enough mush.

Back to work. Busy day today, too!

About the McDonald's thing: a couple girls in the youth group I lead told me they once paid for the people behind them in a drive-through and told the cashier to tell the car behind them to pass on the favor someday. Pretty cool, huh?

I highly doubt anyone had to pay for the sundae for you, so don't worry. And I worked there for a year, I'm not just saying this to make you feel better. That was very nice of her though!
