So my day today was pretty easy yet hectic at the same time. How is that possible? It just is. Work was good. I finished a couple of projects and made a lot of headway through many emails. The big highlight of the day is that I am now officially registered for my internship for MSU. After these 3.0 credits, I will only have 3.0 more to complete before graduating (after finishing my comprehensive exams, which I will be taking this October) So that made me super happy. However, I did have to write a check for $1665.92 today to cover those 3.0 credits. Yikes!

As I was leaving campus, I heard Tim call my name. He had just finished his dance classes (he's back to finish his degree after touring and doing broadway shows) and needed a ride home, so I drove him home and we chatted about life. After that, I went food shopping and made dinner. It's cooking in the oven right now and I will be able to enjoy it soon! I made mexican casserole - brown ground meat, add a can of corn, a jar of salsa (mild for me), and a small container of sour cream. Then, take the meat mixture, put half of it in a casserole dish, then add a layer of tortilla chips and then a layer of 4 blend Mexican cheese. Then layer the other half of the meat, another layer of tortillas and another layer of cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Instant dinner. Yummy, too!

On lunch break I bought a ball of yarn so I can start making Bobby's lion sweater. I'm so excited.

I have one thing to finish for homework for tomorrow and then I have the rest of the evening to run errands (shopping trip maybe?), start Bobby's sweater, play Webkinz, see Dave, etc.

Haha I'm glad you included the recipe for the casserole right in the entry, so I don't even have to ask for it. It sounds yummy!
