Today was Homecoming at MSU and I went to help build the float for AIX and TKE in the morning and then watched the parade with Dave. Dave went biking early in the morning with his brother, and fell off pretty badly. His right arm and shoulder are all smashed and cut up and he thinks he might have twisted or sprained an ankle. Yikes.

Here are some pictures from the day:

MSU Cheerleading alumni who was at the parade!! Dana, Christen, me, Kristin, and Juliann

It was really great seeing my old cheerleading friends. I also enjoyed spending time with my sorority girls. The weather was wonderful - last year it rained!

Dave and I were going to go to my cousin Ellie's house for a party, but then he got hurt and we just decided it would be better to take it easy for the afternoon. We also have to go to his sister's house for her boyfriend's birthday party later on tonight, and we would have been rushed and it would have been crazy.

Last night I spent ALL evening working on my comprehensive exams. I have a large chunk of 1 of the 3 finished. That makes me sooooo happy!!

It's funny seeing how greeks are on other campuses, see we have a TKE chapter and they are the drug addicts/greasy guys! but they look normal here!

It is interesting how chapters differ from school to school. My sorority is local, so it's only at MSU, and honestly, that's part of the reason I chose it. I liked that I was part of like, a unique group.
