Things have just been very stressful, but I'm surviving! Today I was able to work on my last comprehensive exam a lot and got about half of it worked out already. I still need to do massive editing along with adding a lot more material, but it's coming along! It's due on Monday and I'm feeling pretty good about all three in general. As soon as they are all finished, a lot of pressure on me will be relieved.

This evening I spent some time working on a site for a freelance client. He is an amazing photographer who has been featured in many, many books. I have been scanning images to be included in the site and am making my way through the books. I want to start really designing and planning it out since his work is so beautiful, I think it will look awesome. Tomorrow after work I have a meeting to discuss another site. Very cool.

I won a vintage pattern on ebay for .99 cents. It is an A-lin dress with three necklines - a turtleneck, one shoulder, and two straps. I'm excited to make the one shoulder version, so I'm excited to receive it!

Well, it will be bedtime soon.

Oooh, you spelled "editing" right this time! You usually put "editting" or "editted." :)

I know! I just learned yesterday that is has one 't.' Oops.

Canceled is also correct, right? Not cancelled??

Whatever. I'm not dumb overall, I know my their there and they're usages, but there are clearly some things I write completely wrong, hahaha. I'm just going to be so much happier as soon as this last comp exam is finished!!

Cancelled/canceled is OK either way.

I always get tripped up with grammar/grammer, and lavender/lavendar.

I know it's grammar, but I never really thought about the purple color - it isn't a word I write often. I'm going with lavender though....Am I right?

Yup, you're right!

You'd think an EDITOR would know that it's grammar, but I still get confused sometimes.
