I'm really not sure how it is already February 18th. I mean, it feels like last week was Christmas. I still think last month was summer! And yet, I've quickly finished my third semester of FIT, my last winter break of school, and I'm already deeply back into school for my final semester. Life flies by way too quickly.

Today while I was driving to work I was thinking about all the things I used to do when I was younger - especially performing and professional theater and things like that, and my friends that were associated with that. It makes me wish I was still able to do that now, yet I wouldn't want to rely on performing as my sole job - I must tell myself that giving that up to get a BA and two MA degrees was probably a smart move - but it still makes me miss it. I did some 'google stalking' and found tons of people I used to do shows with who are now in various Broadway shows and National Tours. That would have been so much fun - but I love my life the way it is - with education, my family and a strong relationship with my boyfriend. Touring wouldn't be for me. I love my job in design. SO yeh. It's upsetting that I got older and instead of continuing with performing as my job, it became a hobby.

JCrew has images of their Spring Collection up. There are so many things I am interested in. Gotta save $$!

I edited half of my homework assignment that is due this week last night. I want to try to finish the rest now while I am eating lunch.

I also received another freelance client today. Sweet. I'm excited about it - it sounds like it's going to be a great site!

I'm not always sure how I do it either - and I hear that compliment a lot, so thanks!

What I do though is make a list for each day - things I NEED to accomplish and things that SHOULD be accomplished but have a few days and things that CAN get done that will put me ahead. And I just make sure that I finish everything in the NEED column.

I also plan in advance - like, my NEED column for papers will be to finish a few days ahead - just in case 'life' happens and it doesn't get done! You'd also be amazed at how much I accomplish at work on lunch. I cram so much into that - it really saves me!!
