Today is such a crappy, rainy, cold day. Good thing tonight is not my outside MSU graduation!

I'm wearing my FIT hoodie sweatshirt and it makes me feel cool.

I ran so many errands with my mom today, it took 4 hours! We went to a car dealership for some stuff, then to a card store for graduation cards and box to hold all my graduation cards that I'm getting, then to Kohl's - I am probably never going to Kohl's again. I had a $10 gift card bonus thing, and found plates that were on sale for 11.99. 4 salad plates. Turns out they plates I picked weren't on sale - neither were the OTHER 3 SETS OF SALAD PLATES THAT WERE ALSO UNDER THE SIGN! The guy was like, oh those aren't on sale. But they're under the sign! And I understand that signage is difficult and all the crap, and it's hard to keep up with what you have in stock, but seriously - 4 different kinds of sets of 4 salad plates, all from the same brand (food network) with "food network set of 4 salad plates on sale for 11.99" and none were correct? Idiots. Never going back. Yey for Bed Bath and Beyond!

Then we went to McDonald's for a wonderful nutritious lunch, where I got basically a gallon of sweet tea for $1.

We then went to pick up my paycheck and then to the bank. Then, we went to AC Moore cause I had a 40% of coupon, and I can always find something there for fun. I bought some graduation scrapbook stickers, extra pages for my photo album, and another box to hold graduation cards - this one might work a bit better. So, I'll use either one of them for graduation, and the other for some other purpose.

Then, we went to Party City to buy graduation decorations. I bought Alexandra confetti, class of 2008 mints and all other goodies for the house, and for a graduation party for myself for later.

After that, we did some food shopping. I will be cooking Chinese food tonight, and I needed some vegetables.

Now I'm home, and need to finish my chemistry exam. Ugh.

Is McD's sweet tea good? I'm assuming so, since you drank a gallon of it. :)

Ugh! I'm so frustrated just thinking about it! hahaha

If the guy had been friendly about it - "oh you're right, the signage makes no sense" or "I'll give it to you anyway since we're jerks" or "right, I'll take the sign down right away since it confuses people" I would have had no problem.

And I mean, who cares. I just think that for a store that has a lot of competitors and better deals at other places, they would want to entice people to spend their money there. Apparently not.

how much more than $11.99 did the plates actually cost? Sometimes it amazes me the type of penny-pinching stores will do....like the theory behind their customer service is save a dollar, lose a customer.

I wish it was a rainy day here in Southern Cali, instead it was 104 and dang hot.
