Things have been insane, as usual :/

I'm a little behind in schoolwork, but nothing that won't be finished at the end of this weekend. I went shopping with my mom to a craft store, and we did some fun damage. I love craft stores.

Tomorrow is my best friend's 22nd Birthday celebration (her bday was Oct 27th, Halloween got in the way of going out for her)
- Gina:

And a group is doing the bar scene to celebrate. Should be fun! I don't know what I'm going to wear though. That's always a big thing for me.

I started wearing my blue Uggs again already. It's only November 5th and I've whipped them out for the season. Today I was one of "those girls," I had my jeans cuffed, blue Uggs, my hair teased in the front then pinned back with two criss crossed bobby pins and the rest in a ponytail, with black beady dangling earrings. I do believe 80's-ish/weird stuff is what I am turning into. Help.

I can't seem to pull off the "vogue look" as my friend calls it (teased bangs, x bobby pins).
I'm not a big fan of Uggs, only a select few can pull them off I find. Instead of Uggs, I bought fake suede knee high boots, lined with fake fur that lace up. From Wal-mart. Go me!

For some reason, I'm not an UGGS fan at all, but I'm crazy like that sometimes. :P And where did you get that shirt you're wearing in the picture? I LOVE IT! You and Gina look beautiful!

heyyyy it's a Michael Stars

but, for whatever reason, at this time they're not selling that exact style. I also have this style (with the scrunch down the middle) in long sleeves in baby blue.

I'm kind of insane, lately Michael Stars shirts are all I'm buying. I love them cause they're basic and you can match them with so many different things. Get one, and you'll be hooked! They're one size fits all, so sometimes a certain style may be too big or small (the long sleeve henleys arms are too short on me....grrrrr) but they're fabulous! :)

You're right . . . I think they'd be a good investment since you can mix and match them with a lot of stuff! I'll avoid the long sleeve henleys though. I'm tall with super long arms (or so it seems!) as well, so I have problems with sleeves on long sleeve shirts being too short sometimes. :x Thanks, Alexa! :D
