More scrapbooking

Today I finished the scrapbook pages for my 21st birthday, cheerleading and some random pictures I had. I still have to do my sorority page and winter ball. I went back to AC Moore today to buy little flowers (6 packs of paper flowers at .99 each) and a couple sheets of stickers (cheerleaders, alcoholic drinks, and tiny stars). I put a couple of paper flowers on each page basically, with "sprinklings" of the stars. I think it looks pretty cute. I'm a little annoyed though, last night I put in the pages I made into the plastic covers before totally letting the rubber cement I used on all the photos dry, so some of the plastic cover sheets on the pages crinkled. I can't believe I'm that dumb. Oh well.

I'm also annoyed with AC Moore. They didn't have any of the refill pages for my book. I did another dumb thing. i went to the store to buy the refill pages, and it wasn't until I was online at the checkout that I realized that I didn't get them. So I went and looked, and I thought I grabbed them. When I got back online, I realized they were black and decided not to purchase them. When I got home, I then thought black might have looked kinda cool for some pages, especially winter ball and New Years (didn't print yet) that I have yet to do. So I'm kinda pissed, and I'm a real dummy. Oh well. Tomorrow is another day.

Scrapbooking is taking over my life. Not cool.

Just wait till you get married and have little Alexas and little Dans running around! That'd be fun to scrapbook! (You're still with Dan aren't you? lol)

I love scrapbooking! I made a scrapbook for my wedding. Actually it's not specifically for my wedding as I added a page for last Thanksgiving. What kind of book do you have? Mine just has sheet protectors that fit any 12 by 12 papers.

We don't have an AC Moore so I get my shizzle from Micheal's, Robert's crafts, Wal*Mart, and ebay :)

oooh no Dan. lol...no worries though.

Mine is the type that has sorta dried flowers and crinkled ish paper on the outside, and it's by the brand "pioneer," and takes special "pioneer" 8.5 x 11 protector sheets and paper that screw into the book as you expand. I think it only takes that brand - I'm just going to be safe and stick with it. lol.

Tomorrow I'm probably just going to suck it up and buy the black. It might actually look really cool cause some of the writing in it already is done in a silver marker, and the silver would look nice against the black.

My book basically is just covering all random events in my life, no special theme or anything. Some events have more pictures than others, so I just sorta make little spreads for them that look cutesy.

Gee, this is sick. I'm really getting into this...

Black pages do look cool.. I did black pages for my prom pictures in my scrapbook and it makes the pages look classy. Plus you get to use cool sparkly gel pens and such :)
